To begin, you'll need to have the following documents ready:

1. Bill of Lading (BOL): The document issued by your carrier to acknowledge receipt of your shipment.

2. Invoice: A detailed list of the goods you are importing, including quantities, descriptions, and values.

3. Packing List: A detailed list of the contents of each package in your shipment.

4. ISF Information: This is the Importer Security Filing, which must be submitted before your goods arrive at the U.S. port. (You can download a sample form here).

5. Power of Attorney (POA): This allows us to act on your behalf with Customs. 

Once you have gathered the necessary documents, you can submit them to us in two easy ways:

After we receive your documents, we’ll spring into action! Our team will:​

• Price & Process: You’ll receive a clear breakdown of costs, whether you’re shipping LCL or a full container, and an overview of how we’ll handle customs, ISF filing, and transportation.

• Review & Confirm: We’ll double-check everything and confirm the details with you.

• Customs Clearance: We’ll handle all the necessary paperwork and procedures to get your shipment cleared through customs, including any inspections that may be required.

• Freight & Transportation: Once cleared, we’ll arrange for the efficient transportation of your goods to their final destination.
